Shipping Policy

Warehouse & Dispatch Arrangement

We cooperate with multiple international distribution hubs. Your parcel will be dispatched from the nearest available warehouse according to your delivery country, to shorten your waiting time.

Order Processing Time

All orders will be arranged for shipment within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders submitted on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Period

• Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and other ASEAN regions): 7–15 working days

• European Union member countries: 12–22 working days

• Other global regions: 15–30 working days
Delivery delays may happen due to customs inspection, local postal operation efficiency or regional holidays, which are out of our control.

Customs Charges & Import Tax

All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local handling expenses shall be undertaken by buyers. We take no responsibility for customs tax or package detention resulting from local import laws and regulations.

Shipping Cost

Freight charge will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page, based on your destination country and total order weight.

Lost & Damaged Packages

If your parcel gets lost or severely damaged during transportation, please contact customer service with your order number and related photos within 7 days after the expected delivery date for support.

Shipping Address Notice

Please fill in a full, precise delivery address including postal code and valid contact number. We will not compensate for delivery failure caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by you.
